Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are by appointment only. A complimentary SMS reminder service is provided the day before your appointment.

Please SMS or call at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment so we can offer that time to another person and  make a new appointment time for you.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or if you miss your appointment altogether, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled fee  which will be added to your next appointment fee. (Covid 19 precautions: If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, or if you have a fever or cough please stay at home, and contact WHC immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later time. Cancellation fees will not apply in this case.)

In the case of yoga classes, cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full fee of the class.
